A communications professional, Briony has spent more than 25 years working across the full range of communications channels. Her career started in the advertising industry where she spent seven years creating ad campaigns for global brands including Heinz and Nike before retreating to the Ugandan rainforest for a year to work with chimpanzees….

Since then she declares that Comms is her skills set (in the disciplines of PR, brand, digital and internal comms) but the environment is her passion. She has managed to combine both over the last decade, with seven years in rainforest NGOs, ending up working for the Prince of Wales at The Prince’s Rainforests Project. That role led to her current position as global Head of MarComms (including internal communications) at Olam International, an agri-business listed in Singapore operating from seed to shelf in 22 supply chains and 65 countries.
