Emily Auckland is Network Director and Co-chair at UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development (UKSSD). UKSSD is a cross-sector network of organisations who work together to drive action on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the UK.
Emily works with UKSSD’s Partner organisations to mobilise the influence and expertise of their wider network to have an impact on progress towards the SDGs in the UK.
In 2018 she coordinated the inputs of over 100 organisations on a project which resulted in the first comprehensive assessment of UK performance on the SDGs. The report, Measuring up, provides organisations in the UK with a starting point for collective action on the biggest sustainability challenges of our time.
Emily works for Bioregional, the award-winning environmental charity, who helped to form UKSSD with others in 2015. Emily is a Fellow of the RSA and Edie Sustainability Leader of the Year 2019 finalist.
