Fiona joined Rolls-Royce in early 2017 as the Energy Reporting and Compliance Manager, with global responsibilities around tracking the company’s energy performance and creating change through data. She works closely with the manufacturing side of the business through the Rolls-Royce Energy Council, developing site budgets, leading the metering strategy and managing the energy data journey. She has a keen interest in how we can best use the wealth of data now available to drive both behavioural and organisational change to meet the pressing climate challenges of our generation.
Prior to Rolls-Royce, Fiona worked within the energy division of Siemens, most recently as an Energy Bureau Consultant. Here she worked across a wide range of industries to help deliver the energy data and reporting needs of customers from the initial software development to the provision of the final reporting. She has also worked for the Natural Environment Research Council in their Oceanographic Laboratory based in Liverpool which is where her interest in the environment and energy management first developed.
Fiona has a degree in English from Cambridge University and always tries to incorporate a more creative approach to bring data and people together in the energy management field.
